The picture on the right shows how much you are losing by not using a Z-Box. The red line represents the "Academy Aperture" under ideal conditions of other designs. 

Precise camera alignment, superior optics and even light distribution achieved by the Z-Box design allows content creators the advantages of full 35mm SLR aperture represented by the green line.
